We explore the world around us with our eyes and hands but, only one of these makes it possible for us to see in the dark. According to research we can unlock hidden knowledge and make new connections using our hands to build LEGO models.
Playing with LEGO is fun
But fun alone won’t necessarily produce useful results. At SHFT Happens we introduced LEGO Serious Play (LSP) to bring play to Emotional Intelligence.
LSP was developed in 2000s by LEGO’s Education division and IMD Business School. Based on insights from neuroscience, today LSP is a proven methodology used for strategic decision-making and problem resolution in business environments. The workshop results are always directly aligned to concrete business and personal developement goals and can be directly applied in your life or work.

Psychometric assessments primarily typify people, but when it comes to changing behaviors, knowing your personality type or color is not enough. An instrument that measures behaviors is required. At SHFT Happens, we use Baron’s EQ-i 2.0 because it is the first scientifically and medically validated tool, grounded in over 20 years of research. It is also the only instrument currently used in forensics.
As Henry Thompson, Ph.D., CEO of High Performing Systems, points out, “Emotional Intelligence is situationally specific. By this I mean that overall EI is a good general predictor of success, but the more powerful predictor is the specific combination of EI
components for a specific type of job. This is what determines success.”
Success profiles let us know which development areas to focus on in training and development. One benefit of using the EQ-i 2.0 is that return on investment (ROI) can be measured and tested against the success profile. As a result, put our money where our mouth is with respect to the effectiveness of our training.
From confidence to self awareness, in this round we will focus on developing the "Self", or "I" part of your EQ. You can expect to get to know your personal strengths and limitations, develop self respect, and find purpose and enjoyment in your work, performing to your fullest potential.

Develop creative thinking to transform ideas into concepts. Examine, evaluate and explore relationships with stakeholders and clients to improve innovation or strategies .
06 Stress Management
Commissions. Quotas. Competition. There are plenty of stress triggers in our daily life. Stress can have a negative impact on the productivity of your sales team. In this round we teach you to effectively manage stress and your reactions.
We provide an opportunity for play and genuine skill development as a platform for making a permanent behavior change that will positively affect performance in a fun and engaging way.
