THE METHOD

We combined EQ Analytics, Experiential Learning and Coaching to provide a tailored approach for each participant in this program.

MODULE 1: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

This module focusses on Emotional Intelligence. After completing a multi-rater assessment, leaders receive personalized feedback on their effectiveness as a leader. These are the foundational leader skills required at all leader levels.

Leaders who are constantly being challenged to “do more with less” will learn effective ways to:

As a result of completing the EQ-i 2.0, you will receive specific, measurable results that allow you to identify and leverage strengths.

Avoid blindspots

Put containment on any out-of-balance areas that could interfere with your ability to fully access strengths.

Increase leadership awareness

Gain awareness and remedy the underlying causes of behavior that block successful performance and coaching leadership capabilities. Develop resilience in times of change and complexity.

MODULE 2: SIMULATION GAME

Add this module to your training for the most unique, intense and challenging leadership and team-building experiential simulation. The module comprises a game and is therefore most suitable for teams of over 11 people.

By setting the game into a simulated world of 15th century feuding Japanese samurai, and asking the one-on-one challenges of individuals to be carried out with highest degrees of honor the players’ samurai theatre allows them to gain insight into our blindspots, auto-pilot patterns and awareness of subconscious behaviors.

Improve teamwork & collaboration

Exercise resourcefulness, decisiveness, honor, dignity, integrity, risk-taking, selfless service and personal commitment in a series of fast-moving, highly uncertain situations.

Embrace change like a warrior

In this high-paces simulation tough decisions must be made quickly. The ever-changing environment simulates the intensity of actual combat. The Game models the forces of radical change. How will the individual and the organization respond: with warrior-like resourcefulness or with low engagement?
