WE Schools

WE Schools transforms classrooms with a unique, active citizenship program that enhances students’ everyday learning with the life skills to make a positive impact on the world.

The Cause

From each 10 tickets sold to our bootcamps we fund a WE Charity student to attend a EI bootcamp and improve their Emotional Intelligence, which ensures that they have the emotional and behavioral foundation they need to feel worthy, feel seen and live braver lives.

Data-driven

Analytics, validity and reliability. Knowledge is power. Measuring Emotional Intelligence is the first step towards improving it and a critical step in enhancing wellbeing and performance.

Why EI Bootcamp

EI bootcamps are often called a “fast track” to higher performance and wellbeing. With lower tuition costs, shorter class times, and a practical learning curriculum, these alternative education platforms are praised for increasing access to EI education. The course takes participants through their own 21-pages Emotional Intelligence inventory which shows in graphs and numbers the hidden dynamics in their behavior. We then teach you to coach each other to change those dynamics. The benefits are twofold – you get to know the ins-and-outs of your EI and learn coaching skills needed to make the necessary SHFT.

Specific Advantages Of This Bootcamp Are:

Self-awareness

Our bootcamp provides you with the highly acclaimed EQ-i 2.0 report, which is the leading measure of emotional intelligence assessment. It offers critical insights into the way we behave, see ourselves, relate to others, make decisions and manage stress. In fact, it’s one of the single largest factors differentiating the best performers from the rest.

Effectiveness

In most cases it can take up to 2 years of one-on-one coaching to improve Emotional Intelligence. The methods we use in our bootcamp have proven to be so effective - participants increased EI and wellbeing by 20% in less than 24 hours.

Universal skills

Accessible, methodical, and eminently practical, our bootcamp is a comprehensive transformation with which everyone - whether a c-suite executive, female in tech or behind-the-scenes office worker - can live out their purpose and achieve success on their own terms.

Behavioural Change

Drawing on over 20 years’ training experience and expertise gained from using these tools in our consultancy, this bootcamp will equip you to exercise and assert your emotional intelligence towards lasting behaviour improvements with confidence.

The EQ-i 2.0 provides you with a picture of how you operate emotionally, your areas of strength and potential areas for development. There are many ways to develop your EQ competencies (see the one-day bootcamp, “Leading with Emotional Intelligence”, which immediately follows each certification course).

Personality typing, think of MBTI, the Colors Personality, the Enneagram refer to preferences. Emotional Intelligence refers to behaviour. And whilst preferences dictate some of our behaviours, personality assessments don’t measure behaviour. The right Emotional Intelligence tools do. Preferences are like glasses. You can put them on and off. Behaviours are part of your anatomy – like eye sight. Preferences can be changed. Behaviours are hardwired and much harder to change.

The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) is the world’s leading assessment tool used for assessing emotional and social intelligence and an excellent way to understand the emotional competencies of an individual. It is a ‘self-rater’ instrument, versus the multi-rater EQ 360.

EQ-i 2.0 and the multi-rater EQ 360 can be administered only by qualified psychologists and certified practitioners.

The assessment tool is delivered online, using a secure site and involves responding to 133 statements, taking approximately twenty minutes to complete.

Once completed, there are two report types to choose from: the Workplace Report and the Leadership Report, each providing scores in 15 competencies, grouped into five composite areas: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making and Stress Management.

The reports you receive provide a detailed analysis of your results.

For a more comprehensive picture of your EQ competencies, we highly recommend the EQ 360 multi-rater assessment tool.
