This training focuses mainly on the social support that you can and should receive when you are not performing optimally. Participants work to strengthen their autonomy within the team, improve teamwork and collaboration and to increase mutual trust. Finally, participants are encouraged to take concrete actions and receive practical tools that can be directly put into practice.
