Ina Catrinescu

Consultant, entrepreneur, speaker and author of Burnout to Breakthrough, Ina is also an Emotional Intelligence Therapist and Generative Change Coach and the founder of SHFT Happens.

Over the past 18 years, she has led Global Change and transformation initiatives at companies such as KPMG, ING, Europol and Achmea and today, channels her knowledge to help people make productive and meaningful shifts in their behavior, work and life.

Denis believes that with the right mindset, everyone is capable, to live a happy and successful life. That is why he is committed to offering the right ingredients to brew a positive mindset and the tools to ignite people’s motivation, attain sustainable growth in order to create value to others.

Marianna Kocsány

Marianna’s therapy is a fusion of classic psychoanalysis, emotion focused therapy, hypnotherapy, Gottman method, and mindfulness.

She believes that most relationship problems are related to non-adaptive bonding patterns, and limiting beliefs about themselves and their relationships. By rewriting these patterns and beliefs she guides clients to create the relationship that they are truly longing for, and help them in deepening their connection with their partners.

Sander has dedicated his life and career to helping people build resilience, recover from, and manage stressful situations more effectively.

Submit your problems & challenges or sign up as a team that can help solve these challenges and create solutions for wellbeing. We will coordinate the process and provide the necessary information, mentorship and contacts for your solutions.

We are inviting individuals, coaches, mentors, therapists, companies & people from all walks of life to participate and show us what the most important challenges are and how to solve them. 

The first challenge will take place ONLINE. We will decide the agenda and dates based on the input from our community and will announce it asap, but you can get ready for the main action to take place overt he coming days, in May 2020. As this is not a traditional event and some solutions are needed right now, the most urgent cases will be solved as soon as possible, while others will be prioritized at a later stage.
