About Me

I'm Ina. A change broker… cat lover…mother... an ambassador of well-being who serves with heart and soul. I foster connections and help get the relevant voices heard to elevate the work in mental health.

And I am so excited that you're here!

I've been obsessed with change for a long time. My very first change "project" started at 11 years old, and involved mediating my parent's divorce.

This was also my first epic fail.

Their divorce was messy and my mother fell into a major depression after that. My coming of age was a time dedicated to saving her. Eventually, we succeeded. My love affair with change and mental health only grew from there.

Yes, I have a degree and yes, I've been working in change since 2002 … but that's not what gets me out of bed in the morning (and it's also not what gets the changemakers I work with solid results).

Here's what does: I work from my zone of genius.

My zone of genius is...

Helping drive meanigful change, by:

  • Unifying opposites: because ``i believe that powerful alliances thrive on diversity.
  • Identifying & elevating other change ambassadors, because: change is a team sport.
  • Clarifying the context: Knowledge is information-in-context.
  • Mobilising people across various disciplines: I believe that resistance to change is just lack of a compelling vision.
  • Building Bridges between people and knowledge.
  • Working systematically versus symptomatically - big issues grow bigger under Band-aids.

I am obsessed with change, especially change that makes societal impact:

♡ An area that I am deeply interested in is Mental Health. The frontiers of mental well-being are being stretched. New challenges, complexities, and demands are emerging, requiring the field to adapt, and evolve. We are on the cusp of a a paradigm SHFT.

♡ My mission is to help the different players get to the other side of this paradigm shift… TOGETHER.

How I give back to the world:

Resources: I actively disseminate research focused on pioneering treatment and therapy methods, aiming to keep professionals informed about innovative approaches.

Community Engagement: I facilitate collaborative initiatives by bringing together experts from diverse fields. This fosters a holistic perspective, integrating insights from psychology, neuroscience, sociology, ontology, and more.

Advocacy: My efforts are geared towards eradicating stigmas surrounding mental health and breakthrough therapies. Through awareness initiatives, I aim to reshape societal perceptions & advocate for policy changes that support mental health evolution.
