State of the art supplier engagement at Ingka

SHFT Happens designed and executed the first Ingka Supplier Day! We came together with key Ingka suppliers and partners to ignite conversations and co-creation on topics around 4 Themes: Planet Positivity, People Powered, Omnichannel Excellence and Partnering with Impact. 

The day was packed with inspiration, learning and co-creation, with great speakers from IKEA painting the IKEA direction, and vision, such as, Deputy CEO and CFO Juvencio Maeztu, Kajsa Gihan, Lucy Slinger, Sara Del Fabbro, and Wim Blaauw. Engaging discussions in the co-creation stages and breakouts. It has been a privilege to work together with the Ingka Procurement!
